Return Policy

Return Policy: 

After receiving the product, in case of product problems (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match the image, etc.) you can get a full refund of the purchased product subject to the following conditions. 

  

  

1) You have to mail to [email protected] within maximum 48 hours after receipt of delivery. 

2) In case of refund, the product must be in complete undamaged condition with the box. 

3) You must return the product to Ajkerdeal office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days. 

  

4) After making the advance (development/rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock, cancel the order and the refund will be made to the number from which the advance payment was made. 

  

Special Note: 

For any complaint related to products and services you call our complaint team and report the problem. You must keep your phone number active until your complaint is resolved. If we are unable to contact you by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint as invalid. 

  

Note: 

1. Product orders will be delivered subject to stock availability. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the seller's promised delivery time. 

  

2. kdshopbd reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the necessary information for the refund (Bikash No./Rocket No./Card No. etc.) and if you do not accept it after giving the courier for the product delivery, maximum 7 days after the return of the product from the courier to kdshopbd in the case of Bikash and online card. In this case money will be refunded within 10 days. 

  

3. If the price of the product is written on the product and the kdshopbd merchant's price is higher than that for any reason, you should register a complaint by mail to [email protected] within 48 hours for the excess price. If your complaint is upheld, the excess amount paid by you will be refunded by BKasham within 10 working days. 

  

  

Replacement Policy: 

Only in case of those products whose price is more than 2000 rupees, the customer will get the replacement benefit of the product subject to the following conditions. 

  

  

1) You can get a replacement in case of product problems (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match the picture, etc.). 

2) The product must be in complete intact condition including the box. 

3) You have to call or mail [email protected] within maximum 48 hours after receipt of delivery. 

4) You must return the product to kdshopbd's office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days. 

5) The maximum courier charge for sending the product to kdshopbd office is 80 taka inside Dhaka and 120 taka outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer.
